Welcome Dondrale Campbell

A message from CHS Athletic Director, Nathan Stanley:

"Coach Campbell impressed us with his vision for Cleveland basketball as well as his leadership ability," Stanley said. "His commitment to developing our student-athletes both on the court and as leaders is exactly what we were looking for in our next coach".

Campbell, originally from Oakland, CA, played high school basketball at Oakland Senior High. He played college basketball at Monterey Peninsula College and Greenville College where he earned his BA in Sports Management as well as his AA in Business Management.

Dondrale received his first official coaching position as Assistant Coach at South Puget Sound Community College.

Most recently, Dondrale was a part of the Lake Oswego High School staff as an Assistant Coach for the past two seasons, working under Head Coach Marshall Cho. Coach Campbell has also been involved in multiple USA Developmental coaching seminars, Nike coaching seminars, developmental camps and attending every open workout for professional players in the area.

"I am excited to work with the team in reaching their goals, while rebuilding Cleveland Basketball into a competitive, skilled, disciplined and family based program," Campbell said.  "We will play hard until the last whistle and give our body, sweat and tears to challenge anyone we line up against. This will be a fun season for us all, I can't wait to see what we're all made of. Through hard work, trust, and dedication Cleveland Boys Basketball can be a top competitor in the PIL in the future."
