Please be as descriptive as possible in your message, using locations, dates, times, leagues, games, and even names of coaches, players, families, refs, staff, etc. if you know them. Please note that while we do communicate directly with league & tournament directors, as well as our own coaches and families at various times throughout a season, not all feedback you submit may get a direct response. It nevertheless is truly impactful. It helps our staff know where things can improve and where things are going well in our own organization, as well as helps us build on relationships with families, and also with leagues and tournament directors looking for the same type of feedback.
