*The OSAA is currently in a CLOSED PERIOD for basketball. This means BBX is doing CONDITIONING ONLY right now. The workouts below are open to all student-athletes at CHS and are meant to prepare athletes for fall and winter through conditioning, strength, plyos, etc.
